Jennifer Reed, CPA

Jennifer is a Sheridan native and University of Wyoming alumni where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 15 years while having experience in a wide variety of work and industries.
Prior to forming Pilch & Reed CPAs, Jennifer joined Sam Green to form Green & Reed CPAs. Prior to that, she held the role of city treasurer for seven years at the City of Sheridan. Before joining local government, Jennifer was a senior associate of the international accounting firm KPMG, LLP in Denver. At KPMG she performed audit engagements for both publicly held and privately held entities, nonprofits, and a variety of federal & state governmental entities.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys attending her son’s sporting events, and spending time outdoors.
Cindy Pilch, CPA
Cindy began her career as a college instructor with a master’s degree in vocational education before finding her true calling when she accepted a position at a small local accounting firm. She went on to become a CPA and within a few years became a partner at the firm.
In 1999 she started her own firm and began to grow a large network of clients, many of whom she still provides services to today. In 2018, she teamed up with Jennifer Reed, CPA, LLC, and Pilch & Reed CPAs was formed.
Cindy can often be found enjoying her time away from work in the beautiful Big Horn Mountains with her family.
Bo, Greeter
On any given Friday if you come into Pilch & Reed you can expect to be met at the door by the world’s best greeter. Our office mascot, Bo, gets to come to work with Jennifer on Fridays and takes her job as door greeter very seriously. She enjoys meeting our clients and is always on her best behavior but loves attention so pardon her begging!
Bo enjoys long walks in the park, treats and belly rubs (both on and off the job!)
